Editorial Notes

The second-generation 16-inch T-series. 13th Gen Intel with DDR5 support and dual storage slots make it a capable large-screen workhorse. The WQXGA option provides excellent real estate for multi-window workflows.

Known Issues

Weight at 1.67 kg makes it a desk-first machine. The numpad keyboard layout shifts the main keyboard left — divisive among users. DDR5 5200 MHz is slower than the 5600 MHz found in newer models.

Swiss Market

Favoured by Swiss financial analysts and accountants for the 16-inch display and numpad. Available at reduced pricing as Gen 3 arrives.

Linux

Lenovo-certified. The large chassis provides generous thermal headroom for sustained workloads. All hardware works well on kernel 6.2+.
